Our kids live at Mt Pleasant S. Carolina about 8 miles from the coast. They sat it out and didn't lose power.

its over here in va beach. minor limbs snapped, and rain, but I call it 'once again dodging the bullet.' too many of those too.

We live 30 miles south of Wilmington about a mile from the beach and had no issues at all. None of our utilities were cut and only 1 small already dead tree fell in our yard. We dodged a bullet!
