Does anyone recognize this .22 LR headstamp?

I spent the afternoon sorting various calibers of brass because it was scattered. Inside a piece of 9mm brass was this 22 LR in brand new condition. I don't recall ever seeing this headstamp and a quick net search came up dry.

Has anyone ever seen this? It appears to be an X in a circle. It's hard to get my phone to focus on it.

Those appear to be Lapua 22rf . I have several bricks of the match target and they have the same mark on the base
