Having recently finish another 10/22 build, I'm in the mode to finish another. Have 5 builds pending currently w/ another planned after those. Stock, receivers, etc...just gotta basically decide what bbls for these two, what parts for that one, what stock for this one... Can't decide which one to finish next. :x

The new Boyds "tacticool" 10/22 stocks are the hottest thing going now. And only $79.99!

Got all the stocks here except one and that build is a ways down the list. One other I'm working one a pattern for duplicating or if some work/coordinating with a stock builder goes through it'll happen easier. For the most part, I've decided on what bbl will go with each build and the triggers are decided on. Basically gotta decide which one to get the parts for first.

Can't see myself buying anything with "tacticool" in the name.

I have two 10/22s, one I shoot a lot, the other I WILL shoot a lot when I get it the way I want it (maybe this will be the year).

I'd be hard pressed to come up with a third way I'd want to build one. :?

I knew a guy on another forum who had something like 70 10/22s. He wasn't a "collector," either--they were all modded and all "shooters." This utterly baffled me. :?

Of course, this is a coming from a guy who owns somewhere around a dozen 1911s of various configurations....

Have 5 or 6 already but find it kinda fun building them up. Like planning them and trying to make each build unique and having their own theme. So far they've all been done using the various laminate stocks and color schemes and different bbl finishes to match the stock. Got a couple planned that will just be a very different look for the little 10/22.
