FWIW, I think chiropracty is a scam. The entire basis for their "medical practice" is just mumbo jumbo with no scientific basis whatsoever. But to the layperson it sounds almost reasonable, that the nervous system can be manipulated by massage and that corrects any and all problems in the body. Good chiropractic care is really just a form of physical therapy. Years ago chiropractors talked about the "subluxations" that controlled everything, but it seems that they no longer use that term as no one could ever document that even exist. But being a chiropractor can be a good way to make a living as your "patients" need to come back regularly forever for their "adjustments" and that brings the money in.
