I might have a random cylinder in a box of parts that just came to me. What dimensions work for you? NM, OM?

Found it. It's a 9 MM measuring:
1.966" long from gas ring to ratchet
1.729" diameter
1.641" minus gas ring and ratchet
.160" ratchet height
.175" gas ring height
