Compression tester question...gasoline engine

Is there a 45 or 90 degree adapter available? The lower cylinder on my o/b motor is not accessible? The only ones I've seen were for diesels.

I've saw a while back a guy had the same problem, he drilled a hole in the cowling lower just big enough to take the compression tester hose/fitting then purchased a $2.00 rubber grommet plug at a auto store to plug the hole after the test so water would not flow in. Simple and cheap.
