I just served a really tasty taco bar spred to a bunch of guest Saturday night for my friend's birthday party. I made carnitas pork loin, grilled tequila lime chicken, tasty fresh salsa and some nice toppings. Everyone scarfed and raved about how good it was. Very little left of a huge pile of food.
