Charter Arms Pathfinder ***spf***

Picked this up awhile back but really do not need. Charter Arms Pathfinder. 6" barrel, scope mount. No rear sight but has scope mount. Only issue is who ever installed scope mount screwed the rear mounting screw to far and it scratched the cylinder. Actually looks like turn ring on cylinder. No holes were drilled for mount. Used existing rear sight mounting holes. Rest of gun very good. $200 shipped.

Glad you bought it, or I would have had to. My 3" SS Pathfinder is my favorite little knock-about gun. It was recently called on to dispatch two possums who had decided to take up residence in my garage.

They are great sixguns, I have a couple. Now I need to find a rear sight!

Jeff has Hal Swiggett's snubbie Pathfinder (actually a pre-Pathfinder), with the 1x scope. He bought it from Swiggett's estate, and was insufferably pleased about it. I'd bet that's one of his very favorite sixguns.

I remember seeing pics of that gun in some of Hal's articles. I always liked his stuff. He was really practical and real-world gun guy, IMO.
