So I try to access the ROCS site..............sever here denies you access, categorized as "violence" access denied, go figure. I've had the same experience here, at a hospital and a public library. :roll:

Try the TOR network. Works for me when I find access blocked. Orbot for android.

Taco Bell also. I just switch off wifi, and go to my Verizon data plan. :mrgreen:

TOR is a proxy network. The details evade me. However it seems to bypass many restrictions.
