carrier tilt issue officially resolved?

I have been doing some reading and have been made aware that Ruger has FINALLY officially resolved their carrier tilt issues in their piston driven ARs! If anybody currently owns one, can you please confirm this for me. Does your AR utilize a chrome bolt? Is the bolt rounded?

The write-up claimed that Ruger made several changes, thus completely eliminating the carrier tilt issue.

Any info is greatly appreciated. My ARs see very heavy use compared to most civilian shooter's.
