I have a 2014 chevy cruze with 2.0 diesel. My key fobe is eating batteries. Since 1st of the year I have had 4 batteries replaced by Batteries Bulbs plus. Today it's dead again. Any ideas why one battery a month. Thanks

Sounds like a bad fob that's constantly sending a signal and killing batteries.

The fob could be faulty for sure. I've heard of crappy batteries being a problem, and I've also heard that cleaning the battery contacts (inside the FOB) with alcohol and a q-tip can help solve the 'consumption' problem.
Buy QUALITY batteries.
If no help .... new fob is in order.

Don't these new fobs have to send a signal all the time?

Watch how you carry the fob, tight pockets and women's purses are notorious for pushing the buttons and wearing out the batteries.
