1. A pair of Buckeye Specials new in the box with shippers. The S32X is 610-01781 and the S3840 is 611-01781. According to RENE there were 5,042 of 38-40/10MM's and 5,541 of the 32 H&R/32-20's produced. Asking price is $2,950.00 shipped FFL to FFL.

2. A pair of consecutive serial number Super Blackhawk convertible S4440's. Serial numbers are 87-00279 and 87-00280. According to RENE there were 1,198 produced of these 44 Mag/44-40's. They are new in the box but no shippers. Asking price is $2,950.00 shipped FFL to FFL.

I'm just curious if your 44s are in cardboard or plastic boxes. I have 87-00124 and it was shipped in a plastic box.

I've got about 20 of the S4440 convertibles and most have cardboard boxes, but one late shipped 2-digit gun is in a plastic box. I think the plastic cased guns were subscription guns that were held back and eventually purged from inventory after the subscriber failed to purchase them. If they were already boxed in cardboard, they went out that way, otherwise they were packed up in plastic.
