I received a Buck 110 has Christmas present in 74. Carried it on all my outdoors adventures, for about 4 years. One Christmas night my family were out visiting. At that time I was burning wood for major heat. Came home the fire was out. Started to split kindling, only had the 110 handy. It broke in 3 pieces. When I took back to knife shop, I told the owner the story, it was totally my fault. But wanted the blade replaced because being a present. When he talked the rep, and told him the story, he replaced it with a new one. Made in the USA.
