I have a passed down Winchester rifle 1894 (1911 letter) that I may have posted about Packmyer stock and refurbished in 1970 and split the Long story short his 1970 refurbishment didn’t work with all the others, and was always in the back of the safes, so I made a decision to find a way to change the rebluing.
Did I take this too far? Is there a way to get the 1911 nickel back?
