Blue Safety

I just seen a add for Glaser Blue Safety Slug +p 80gr. Other than over penetration and abrupt stopping, what and when would you use this ammo. It has #12 shot behind the slug (I guess).

Anyone tried these out???

I have Glasers and am happy with them in my wheelguns...but I would not trust them to feed reliably in a semi. In fairness, I have not experienced any problems with this round in a semi. The shape of the round, and very likely something I was told in the past, is all my opinion is based on.

What I like about the round was it's self-destruction in sheetrock- I lived in an apartment a long while back, and worried about a miss becoming a massacre-
They packed them close in that building.
