My daughter and son in law took me to the LeMay auto museum and then out to a special dinner with the family . The museum is great and this month they have a special display floor of american muscle cars. But the best was a six minuet thrill in a NASCAR simulator, . It has the Dover monster mile track loaded . I didn't wreck but no track records . Had a great day.

First new car I bought was a Red 1970 Road Runner. Not sure if I like the resto mod look of the green one.

Great B'day gift. As far as Dover goes...if you ever get the chance take a 'real' ride there, by all means do so. It is about the most fun one man can have ... with his pants on. Here I am just before getting on track.

Visited the Lemay last Sept. Quite a place. They should pass out drool buckets with your tickets. I loved the woodie wagon section the best.. Gun show next door same day, win win...

Hmm, I had an old guy tell me once that "muscle cars" of the 60's are to blame for most of America's ills today.

His theory was with more horsepower than sense they killed off all the guys with anything resembling nerve or a sense of adventure leaving the plodding ... uh... nincompoops (not a direct quote) to take office and steer the country to protect them from their own fears.
