Bird call help

I know that some here have listened to various bird calls and know what bird does what. I was listening to the background sounds from the Decorah Iowa eagle site and for two days I have been hearing a bird whose call sounds like "Rickee, rickee, rickee!". Then it is quiet for a while and then repeats it. What am I hearing?

If you have any idea what it may be Cornell University has the coolest site for identifying birds, by sight or sound. I use it a lot.

The eagle site is a live feed 24/7. I have heard the bird on two different days. I have contacted the University. Thanks for the link.

they also put out a book that I bought my mom which shows the bird and plays the call
