Best sights for a mark Iv

I am enjoying this weapon. I will be shooting it at an indoor range. Will sights improve my accuracy? If yes what brand of sights would be best

Well, sure sights will improve your accuracy, particularly if you don't have any now.

Seriously, since the pistol already has good fully adjustable open sights, what type were you considering to replace them?

Look for a nice set of hi-vis sights, such as those offered at TandemKross. I always do better with a fiber optic front and either an outline or two dot rear sight.
