I absolutely LOVE stag grips, think I have seven sets of real stag with and without medallions and a couple imitation stag.
All of them are on single sixes, if it wasn't so much work I'd try to get them all out for a group photo… we'll see if I can get around to that
And yes, welcome back Bob!!!

Well here’s an old pic with part of the herd

Good to see you back Mr. Wright!

My brother bought these sambar stags at a gun show 45 years ago for $25 or $35. They look like a mismatch to me.
I traded him out of the unfired Colt .357 about 15 years ago.

Hello Mr Wright...I'm glad you're coming back around. Nice looking shooters you have there, and yeah, I prefer grips with no medallions too. As for stags, they have their place but I tried a set on my nickel plated OM-357 once and they made it look like a cap gun....They look great on your blued guns though.

Nice pictures! Good to see you back posting, Bob! God is good!

I've found myself on Sack's webpage far too often lately. It's going to get me in trouble… I bought a few cheap imitation sets on EBay just to see if I like the look and feel- and I do. I've always wanted a nice engraved gun and now I want it with stags.

There was a beautiful Single Six up for auction a week or so ago. It went for $1250 plus 25% buyers premium- so way too rich for my blood. But I saved a couple pictures for inspiration. Serial was 27601 if anyone was curious.
