Got new model bearcat this week a stainless model,Looking at it the two frame screws are loose. One is trigger screw and the other is hammer screw if you tighten them the action sticks lossen them back up and the functions fine .Should these screws be lose? all my other rugers all screws are tight Any ideas what is wrong?

I did have the same problem and it was in a stainless just as indy's is (we have spoken via PM ). I wonder if there is an assembly problem OR that the stainless is a slightly different measurement in some way that is causing this problem. If there are two such problems that we have heard about I wonder how many are out there 'unreported'? Our serial numbers are 9400+/- away from each other mine being the lower number.

I am going to contact RUGER the next day they are working and see what they have to say. This is my first time buying a new pistol and something being wrong with it,It really puts a burr under your saddle. Thanks fox mike for help.

When you do perhaps you could/should mention that I also had the same problem on a revolver that was a serial number 9400+/- older. Suggest to them that they may have an assembly or dimension problem.
