Bearcat Cylinders Interchangeable?

For those of you in the know, are stainless and blued Bearcat cylinders interchangeable or do they need to be fitted by Ruger or a gunsmith? I want to get a stainless cylinder for my blued Bearcat. Thanks!

I have a stainless cylinder in my blued Bearcat and it dropped right in.

Just remember that a stainless cylinder won't fit an old model Bearcat.

I doubt Ruger will sell you one as they are a fitted part. Overall length and cylinder gap.
