Bearcat Alphacat price?

I just picked this up for $500 serial B868. In good shape. Wondering if I got a good deal. Wondering if I should not shoot her or if I should save her or sell her. I just got into SAA revolvers. Have had lots of Single Six revolvers, just got a Colt Frontier 62 & a Pietta 9mm.

You have a very nice & somewhat collectable Bearcat! If properly cared for, you can shoot it,, and enjoy it for what it is. (Just in case you don't already know,, to avoid a turn ring on the cylinder, when loading or unloading, you go to 1/2 cock. Then NEVER lower the hammer from that 1/2 cock. Always go to full cock before lowering the hammer.)
The price of $500 is a fair average for that gun.
