I am in the process of ordering a new custom barrel for a Ruger Hawkeye Ultralite rifle and am in need of the factory barrel profile dimensions used for a .223 ultralight. Unfortunately i am out on a ship and the rifle is several thousand miles away so measuring it is not an option right now. I have been following this forum for quite sometime but just joined today in hopes someone may be able to help out with this. The new barrel will be a 25-45 Sharps which is the 223 necked up to .25 and should be a great round in this rifle. If anyone could provide any of the dimensions i would greatly appreciate it. Specifically looking for the muzzle diameter and the diameter of barrel right at the forend tip as well as length from forend tip to end of muzzle.
