Anyone digitized the old Ruger Catalogs?

As I work this weekend on an upcoming Ruger display I thought about digitizing all the old Ruger Catalogs in my possession and having them printed out on glossy paper to put in a three-ring binder to have on hand for my displays. Before I started down that route I figured I'd ask and see if anyone has already scanned and have the catalogs in a digital format, so I don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Closest I came was making good color copies for reference purposes. That way I preserved the originals best I could.
Digitized sounds like the way to go.

I haven't heard of a digital copy of the Ruger catalogs. And it might be a bit of a chore,, due to the fact that for several years,, they used a "roadmap" fold out big single piece of paper for their catalogs.

I do have a pretty complete collection of all of their catalogs,, and it occupies (3) separate 3-ring binders for them.
The oldest ones,, 1949 to about 1967 are the easiest & smallest book. From there,, both binders are quite large & full.
But I also have many dealer price sheets, distributor lists, with them.
Oh, and my LEO catalogs are in a separate binder.

Generally for displays,, I just copy & print relevant copies to my display if necessary.

I'm only, currently, interested in the 1949-1963. You know, the Vintage Years Part I.

Yep,, those are the best ones. But also the most expensive when you do find them. Miss Penny calls me crazy when I buy some of them.

Boxes and catalogs are the things that used to get me in trouble. Taryn now recognizes the significance of "Shipper", and I swear she can be anywhere in the house, and I say shipper and suddenly she's right behind me........... That word is now reserved for conversations when I'm on the road for work.

Search digitized Ruger catalogs on ebay and then Cornell Publications. Cornell offers a large selection of digitized gun catalogs including Ruger's from 1956 and possibly more.
