American bolt disassembly

After removing the shroud what is the proper procedure for completing disassembly of the bolt? The instruction manual only goes this far. My father has one with light strikes on primers and I am guessing it is a bit of fine metal filings from manufacture. I'd like to disassemble the bolt all the way for a good cleaning and lubrication.

My Dad sent it back to Ruger. The tip of the firing pin is broken, it now appears. Anyway, never did find out how to take it down any further.

There's some doubt that Ruger will recommend the user breaking the bolt down because of the way the handle, body, and firing pin inter-relate to hold themselves together.
