One nice thing about teaching as a post-retirement job is Spring Break. The missus and I took our first real vacation last year for our 30th wedding anniversary, others being taken when moving from base to base in the military. We loved the location so much we went there again this year...

Yes, yes they are. Very light flavor. I'm taking a few fillets home in a cooler over dry ice.

Aging? I try not to complain. Too many never got the opportunity... I wear a bracelet on my wrist with a name to remind me.
