Agitator sounds agitated

My Kennore washer sounded terrible during wash cycle. I called the store where I purchased this machine. Clerk told me where to look. Pop off center cap on 2 piece agitator. 4 small plastic dogs were worn. Trip to Mar Beck appliance and $5.00 later it works llke new.

An old saying used to be, inside every white washing machine there is a black agitator, but I suppose today it could be any color at all.

Let's face it..

If all you did all day was beat someones dirty clothes without so much as a thank you, wouldn't you be agitated too?

What agitates me are the new fangled washers without an agitator. Ours worked so poorly, I sent it back.

The irony is, I did not want a glass top, but it came with one anyway. That's the only reason I was able to tell how inefficient the wash cycle was. The clothes floated on top of the water like an iceberg.
