I got n email from Joe S., correspondent on this forum, that he would be in Southaven, Mississippi last night, and suggested we get together. So I drove down to the Hampton Inn there and met him in the lobby. We sat and talked Rugers, guns, and shooting for over two hours. We had a wonderful, but too short, visit.
We were joined in our conversatiion by a man with Royal Arms, of Oxnard, California. This firm supplies, and trains, security guards, SWAT teams and various other para-military organizations. Their forte is the manufacture and sale of breaching explosives, flash-bang grenades, etc. He sort of raised my hackles when he told me I would better if I kept both eyes open. Rather presumptive of him I think, as he did not know how well I shot nor how I shot.
Our time was way too short. Joe is a down-to-earth man, southern-polite. A little young, but he'll outgrow that.
