I don't know about cats, but I read recently that dogs sleep 14 hours a day. They got me beat, even if I slip in a nap. :mrgreen:

Our cats will tell us when it's bedtime,, and they will also wake us up at a specific time. Once fed,, they go back to bed & sleep a lot.

That is what my dog does for me. She even awakens me if my blood sugar is too high or too low. My two kittens just do their things. Romp, stomp, pee and poop!
