I don't need anything, just thinking since I plan on using this for hunting I wouldn't mind some spare bolt pieces, firing pin, ejector, stuff that breaks on rifles occasionally. I've only had extractors/ejectors and firing pins break on rimfires, but usually you can get spare center fire firing pins for next to nothing and good to have a spare for that emergency, especially since they don't make the model anymore.
This one I got was full of dust bunnies and looked like it had some minor issues, but after disassembly and just a thorough cleaning it revealed a like new gun! Trader and I thought it had some corrosion on the lever, was just dried oil. Same story on the bolt...dried oil/grease made it look all worn and discolored like it was shot quite a bit. 0000 steel wool and little bit of oil revealed a bolt with pretty much no wear on it at all. Same thing in all the nooks and crannies. What looked like could be rust was just dried up oil. Came right off with oiled rag. Guy said his grandfather bought it several years ago and want a pistol and a shotgun for home protection and told him to take it and sell it and buy him those two things. I actually traded him my Henry Golden 44 that I had $650 invested in. That Henry was too darn heavy to carry around! I was looking at all the Ruger .44 rifles and was almost ready to pull the trigger on a NEW 77/44 stainless camo stocked one online when this deal popped up. I was actually going to a site to post my Henry and found this on the first post, it was fate! I searched around and really couldn't find any for under $700 so I figured it was a good trade on my end for sure.
