9 mm => 38 Super Police (200) Load?

Is there a 9 mm load for the modern 3 inch barreled micro nines that equals or exceeds the 38 Super Police Load (200 grain RNL) in a .38 Special Snub nose revolver?

Just another apples and oranges comparison designed to prove the desire point. Oh, and not even using the denim on the second loads skewed the results by, likely quite a bit.

Isn't the denim a test of hollow point performance? Is it actually applicable to a round nose lead projectile?
