My guess is yes. The 29-M works in my Redhawk for .44mag/SPL

Ed333.... probably analogous to using HKS speed loader for M-29 to charge Redhawk cylinder. The chamber pattern is wider on the beefy Redhawk, which requires a bit of jiggling to load with M-29 speed loader. Far from ideal, thus slower.

Reckon the same positioning caper would be required with .45 Colt. Note that various of the best hunting bullets do not share the nose profile preferred by "combat" shooters for competing against the clock.

Yes they work fine. If your Redhawk has factory wood grips the lack of a relief cut for a speed loader makes them more difficult and slow.
