This might be a dumb question but I would like to know if Ruger makes a SA .32 cal I know they have sp101 327 Federal just wanted to know about SA

I have several of them in .32 H&R Mag. They were made several years ago.

Check with www.ruger.com for currently produced revolvers.

Currently the .327 Federal Blackhawk is all that is being produced in .32 in a Ruger single-action. It's an 8-shooter. Double action gives you the SP as you said as well as the 7-shot GP-100.

There's also a Vaquero (original - full size) done years back in 32Mag/32-20 in gloss stainless. They are a bit rare. I snagged one off the Classifieds some time back.

I have the 8-shot BH, the GP and the SP101 in 327 as well as an SP in 32Mag and some Single Sixes. There is also a John Wayne Commemerative in 32 H&R on the Single Six in SS. The Single Six Bisley models are pretty scarce as well but do come up from time to time.

Lots of options in 32 caliber. The real fun starts when you cast bullets and roll your own ammo.

Thanks,

Just FYI in case it wasn't clear; the 8 shooter is a full size Blackhawk while the originals are all 6 shooters on the handy single six, the smallest frame size. These are not hard to find with both fixed sights in blue and stainless but 4 5/8" barrel only, or with target sights in blue only but with 4 5/8", 5 1/2", I think, and 6 1/2" barrel lengths. Here's one in Classifieds with a ton of ammo that just went to auction.

I just shot my 4 5/8" blue single six target model today. It's a fun gun and I confirmed why I like it so, even with 32 S&W Longs.

Which model do you want? I'll keep an eye open.
