I finally got my URL email attached to my website. What an ordeal... However the customer support was amazing... I probably created more than a few alcoholics in the last week.
It is still raining and very chilly and damp. It has rained nearly every day for 2 months. I head home sunday and I am NOT looking forward to the trip. I have 325 feet+ of vertical climb in the first 1/2 mile, and the trails will be wet. Not to mention the winch is out on my trusty ATV, (Trigger).. After the ground levels out I have to deal with a lot of soft ground.... (what was I thinking?) Hauling loads in these coinditions sucks... plain and simple.
I will have more commo this year than I usually have. Which I'll need to hopefully make the website will pay off. I plan on having some furs to sell, as well as some "skull", decorations, and other things... But that will be after I can begin traveling. So will the sewing and leather work.
Again, it will be a hurry up and wait situation during the 3+ months I will be unable to come and go.
I will be happy to be out of this little cabin I'm living in... There is no heat in it, other than my camp stove and coleman oven. However the moisture from the propane has caused some issues, and I'll be happy to get back to my, "palatial" 12'x20' micro taj mahal... Where I can be warm by the fire, and coffee and biscuits are always on the stove.
So if'n you are bored.. cruise by my website.. I made more changes today, and have more coming before I head out. I removed the password for the Ruger Forumjunk stuff.. It was just to much of a pain in the butt...
Well... I gotta fire up the stove a cook a pizza.. my feet are freezing..... (If you were here.. it would make perfect sense!!)

ciao y'all
p.s. I am thinking of starting a podcast... talking with wilderness folk... I have a friend who knows more about the Alaska rail road and it's history than anyone... Let me know if you think it would be something interesting....
