With all the knowledge here I know somebody will be able to help.
I am trying to load a round for coyote hunting.
The bullet I am try to load is a Berger FBHP 69 gr. varmint.
The trouble I am having is the bullet has a long tapering ogive and when I get the jump space that I want it is only leaving minimal bullet seated into the neck.
Do I sacrifice my jump space by seating the bullet deeper, or is it safe to set the jump space where I want it with minimal seating depth?
Not sure if the powder is going to make a difference, but I am using IMR 4064.
