.243 No.1 RSI

Folks,
I just acquired a No.1 RSI. It's got the newer 2 screw trigger. i have a spare 3 screw trigger, can I swap them or does the 3 screw require a lot of special work?
Also the forend on this RSI doesn't want to move , any suggestions .

The three screw will drop right in.

The forend should slip forward after removing the take-down screw. No need to remove the front sling swivel or the muzzle cap.

Just like anything else, sometimes it takes getting a little red in the face to get stuff to budge.
