22/45 Lite FTF issues

I love to shoot my Lite with the Trij RMR Red Dot, but after about 100 rds I start to get some FTF and a couple FTE. Anything I can do to stop this? I clean and lube the gun after every firing.

Are you getting the issues after you fire 100 rounds AND it being clean? If I read this right,,, it's fine when clean,,, but as it gets dirty,,, it gives you issues.
As such,,, my thoughts would be to switch to a cleaner ammo to see what happens.

Yes, after cleaning and lubing I will fire 150-200 rds at the range. After 100 or so is when i have the problem. I'm shooting Aguilla Super Extra 40 grain ammo. I know it's cheap but as much as I have been shooting I can't afford the good stuff. If this isn't an inherent problem I guess I'll just live with it.

There are several performance levels of the "Aguila Super Extra" that I've seen. There's HV, standard, and subsonic all in similarly marked packaging. I claim to be knowledgeable about this subject and even so, I got confused about which variety I've been using in my suppressed 10-22 and almost bought the wrong type last week.
The point is: the 22/45(especially fairly new ones) need HV ammo to function properly. Check your ammo box for specific notation of HV, standard, or subsonic.

I hadn't notice the notation for HV, but it's there. My LGS has them for $49.95 a brick, which is the best price I have found.

I guess that blows my solution.
If it's a brand new pistol, there may just be some break in issues. Hopefully, these will work themselves out.
Maybe you can find some CCI Mini-Mag ammo, many shooters find it works in finicky guns.
I'm shooting Aguila subsonic through my muffled rifle and it seems to be a little dirty but the carbon stays soft rather than getting hard and gritty---must be something to do with the type of bullet lube used by Aguila.

The last Ruger Mark whatever I owned that NEVER had a FTF or FTE was the Mark I, bought in El Paso, used nearly 40 years ago. Man, I wish I had held onto that pistol. Bought a Mark II, new, around 2003. FTF, FTE, right out the gate. Got rid of it quick.
