10/22 take down

Hello Everyone, I'm new to the forum, I have a Ruger SR22 pistol and two 10/22s, One is a 2014 Takedown and the other is Stainless
Carbine.
In reguards with the takedown..I want to put a scope on it and be able to use the bag it came with, Has anyone figured out what brand and model scope will work with it?, I would like to keep the cost under 100.00.
2nd question, for plinking, has anybody installed a red dot ? thanks everyone

Barska makes a line of scopes called Compact Contour scopes...

There are a number of them, here is one of them that i use.

I went with a red dot on my take down.
Works perfectly for me, and fits in the bag with no trouble.
