I'm looking for the years Ruger made this model. Any ideas? These are not on Rugers website. I can call next week, but I was wondering if anyone here might know. I bought a new one today, took apart and oiled. It felt and was very dry. A Nikon is strapped down, bore sighted and ready to go. Had to make sure barrel was tight. Thanks,,,Daveg

Ruger currently lists four different ones. Two Sports South exclusives and two for Talo. Select "10/22" then "Carbines" and scroll down to see them. There are currently two or three new ones in LGSs near me. Don't see used ones very often.

Don't know the years but I do know that they made several versions over a number of years and are obviously still making them. I have one of the Walmart versions (K10/22RBIBBZ) made several years ago.

The original full stock mannlicher 10/22's came out in 1966 with production into 1969.
They were re-introduced in 1994 as regular production, non-checkered stocks at first then checkered.
Then Wal-Mart did models in BBZ laminate for blue and stainess.
Today I think Lipsey's is still doing the red buttpad guns in blue and stainless.

Chad...I had thought the recent/current red-pad guns were Talo? Correct me if I'm wrong.

As stated above, on 2/7/16 Ruger listed four models on their web site; two for Sports South and two for Talo. Of course there may be other models not listed.

Thanks, I missed the source in an earlier post, handled both the Sports South and Talo editions, I like them a lot.
