10/22 build #2

Finished my second build. Need to take better pictures (maybe if it gets a bit nicer) as the color isn't as good a representation as I would like. The color is called Multicam Green. And as with all my 10/22's I modified the bolt release to have it allow the bolt to close by just pulling it back when it is locked open (real easy mod). Didn't change the mag release yet, waiting for some to come in to decide it if want to. It's more of a stock kinda gun.

What did you do? Change the stock and a bolt release mod?

I put it together with bits and pieces I had on hand and that were given to me. I Cerakoted the Stock Multicam Green and the bolt release mod. This rifle cost me less than $40. As a gunsmith, when I do work for a customer (replacing/upgrading parts) I always give the old parts back to them. Many (most) have no use for the parts and tell me just to keep them so I store them away for future use. Well, my 10/22 builds (2 more to do) are future use
