Saw it at the outdoor flea market yesterday,,,I would rate the gun at 90%.$175.00 with a Simmons scope. Hope he still has it next Sunday :D
 
SBH4628, For a 1965 10/22 in that condition, I would have left the flea market with it! Hope you get a second chance at it. I personally prefer the older 10/22's. I feel they had a lot better quality control than is the case today. I've got a 1967 Model I shoot squirrels with just about every day. It would be one of the last of my guns to go if I had to get rid of some of them!.........................Dick :wink:
 
I was at the New Orleans gun show a couple of weeks ago. Mid size show, not a mega show. But, there was not ONE 10/22 for sale. Jump on it. It has the older metal trigger housing which is going for about $50 bucks on it own now.

A dirty shame, that #101 turnin' all purple like that..... I'll take it off your hands for cheap.

Maybe send it in to Ruger to have it reblued, put the transfer bar in it, and get a proper loading gate fitted.......
