#1 in .22 LR

I am trying to locate a #1 in .22 LR. to purchase, for a fellow collecter.I understand that there were three made.I know this is a shot in the dark,but the more people you ask, the more leads you find.

There are/were a lot more than 3 made but ALL were made outside the factory by competent smiths. There are NO factory 22 LRs.

Te person that specialized in it was in PA and to the best of my kbowledge has retired and may well be deceased.

One of the guys on the #1 Group recently had one made and liked the end result.

Do a search over there and you might find a smith, we've discussed the topic on more than one occassion over there.

Look for a rifle by Korzinek (spelling doubtful); he is probably the PA 'smith referenced above and did a wonderful (and expensive) job.
