I know there are some folks that don't vaccinate for religious reasons.

Yet I would lay the cause at unfettered illegal immigration of unvaccinated Individuals from 2021 through 2024.

I had Chicken Pox only. Funny because my two brothers- all in bedrooms next to each other- had Mumps and Measles, but I never got them. Got vaccinated when older though.

I can beat that. In addition to German measles, I also had the Red measles.

Thankfully, I am vaccinated against Small pox.

Mumps and measles just aren't a big deal IMO. But the poxes REALLY suck. I had Shingles because of the Chicken pox virus. You just can't imagine how painful the Shingles are unless you've had them.

Apparently Smallpox, TB, Syphilis, Gonorrhea and Measles are on the rise since the Joe Biden open border years.
Most of the illegal immigrant aliens are from 3rd world countries that do not have any type of vaccination system in place.

When I was a kid I got the measles .
My doctor called it the German Measles also.

The people passing on or not informed about measles and the vaccine are people that I’m not too worried about.

Stupid should hurt. Having gotten that off my chest I somehow managed to survive measles, mumps, and chickenpox.

Exactly what I remember. Nobody panicked over them. Kids got them, you got spots all over you, then got over them. I'm not sure why the media panics over them nowadays. Or is it just because the media likes to panic people now?

Saw what shingles did to my mom. I had the original vaccine and the two Shingrex vaccines because of my Chicken Pox as a kid.

for about 2-3 months it was a big deal in our local paper and I think on TV... my wife disagrees with me (she does most of the time) that I really don't see what the big deal is or was... I like Yaworski above had everything when I was young... and I remember all my friends and young relations getting them too. I even had one of those serious fevers that damaged my heart a bit.... but the docs neglected to tell my parents for me to slow down .... I got to watch my regurgitating valve two weeks ago when they did my 2 year eco-cardiogram..... they used to call it a heart murmur .... valve does not close completely and a little bit of the blood leeks back.....
