I was able to pick up a Ruger flat top .44 Magnum with a 7.5 inch barrel with box. I don’t know much about it. I would like to get an original correct manual for it. Any ideas where to find one?

I am also looking for an old model Blackhawk.45 with 7.5 barrel.

Your .44 was made in 1959. So you need the properly dated manual to be correct.
I'd contact Ruger & get a factory letter on that gun because the FT .44 in 7-1/2" is a desirable gun. Plus,, it'll give you the month & year of mfg as well as when it shipped & where it shipped to.
Then I'd look for the correct manual.
If my faded memory is correct,, the 1959 era has (4) different variations of the manual. Front cover dating 1957, but inside it has changes that date it later etc. Usually those sell for around $75-$100 depending,,,!
If that gun was shipped later than 1959,, say 1960,, it might have had a different manual.
Now,, if you are trying to make it a complete package,, there was a "warranty card," brown waxed paper, and then the hard item,, the outer brown "bookwrap" type shipper.

As for the OM .45,,, they are out there, and they pop up from time to time here for sale. Hang around,, participate in discussions, and then you can place a WTB ad in the Classifieds after you have at least 10 posts.
 
Very nice snag. Once you get your postings up you can sent PM messages. I can probably set you up with both the correct manual as well as a nice OM 45 colt 7.5".

I know shipping dates are unpredictable, but based on the serial number, I would estimate your BKH47 shipped in May/June 1959. I have three in the same serial number range and that is when they were shipped. The manual that came with serial number 16790, shipped in June 1959, was revised on March 31, 1957, and includes the Single-Six, Single Six Lightweight, .357 Magnum Blackhawk, and .44 Magnum Blackhawk. The back page indicates a printing date of 2-59. Per John Dougan's book, "Ruger Pistols & Revolvers, The Vintage Years, 1949-1973", there were 750 (+/- 2 percent) Blackhawk 44 Magnums with a 7 1/2-inch barrel shipped by Ruger. Yours is a great example of a scarce revolver :).
