Have an opportunity to buy this target stocks for about $30.00 shipped. Seller has no idea what they fit. Anyone know if they would fit a security six by the looks of them?

I would guess S&W or Colt.
Maybe S&W round butt K or N frame.

I don't know-all the S&W grips I've ever seen had a circle inside at the top that engaged a cutout in the frame. I'm going to guess some kind of Colt-a Trooper maybe? Here’s a set of N Frame and K Frame grips
Factory wood grips for a Security Six aren’t hard to find. I wouldn’t buy those on the chance they’d fit your Ruger.
They are definitely not for a Ruger. Those look like they are for a Colt DA, or a Colt DA clone.
yes, the smaller large framed .Colt like the MK IV?? The E,I frame has a rounded inner cutout at the top, inside.,which is the Officers Model, Python, and early Trooper .....
