Ruger #1 special edition for Federal

Trying to figure out a value of a Ruger no.1 I have. It is a new in Box Ruger #1 Sporter 22" barrel chambered in 45/70.

This is a special addition for Federals 100year anniversary.

The first thing to do is to get a letter from Ruger on the gun. If the factory had the work done, AND sold it that way,, it's worth more than if it was an "aftermarket" company doing the work. And then, the quantity of them is a factor.

What is Ruger's catalog number and model number on the end of the box?
A general serial number would help too...
I see the Federal 100th Anniversary is this year.
