Coffee Pot did return a E-Mail and stated that +P+ will not be a problem in the PC9 but Russian made 9mm may cause problems as they use a slower powder which could throw off the timing of the bolt and allow hot gases to exit thur the receiver.
I think Coffee Pot told me not to remove any metal from the trigger assembly since the parts are only surface harden and if you buff/stone Thu this hardening the soft metal underneath will wear quickly and maybe cause the carbine to fire unintentionally.
I'll have to check my past e-mails with...
COFFEE POT
When the PC-9 was designed most Police Departments were crazy with the light weight, high velocity 9mm loadings in the +P+ range.
Was the PC-9 built to handle and properly cycle the +P+ loadings such as the Federal BP9LE 115gr +P+ H/P and such?
Thanks!
I have a New in box Ruger LC-9 which had 18 out of 50 light strikes on the primer that caused a failure to fire. I understand this is a problem which other LC-9 owners have complain of.
What has Ruger done to correct this issue?
Does the fix actually work and has it cured 100% of the light...
OK Junior,
I guess thats your story and if you believe it hard enough then maybe it will became true. You keep missing the point that "I DON'T CARE" about the item your peddling but the transparent infomercial you claim as a review.
Who knows what your angle is and maybe your just trying to...
I have seen the start of rust in the same area on my LC-9 and it is definately from the salt in my sweat during hot days. The LC-9 needs a holster which covers all metal from contact with the skin.
Depending on the amount of rounds through the PC-9 the recoil spring maybe in need of replacing which can cause increased recoil due to the increase in slide/counter weight speed.
I replaced mine before I ever fired the carbine as there is no real way the gauge the condition of the recoil unit.

He's back and just after I gave him credit that maybe he realized the best way to promote his cause was to allow unbiased members to post actual results with this product and not continued rambling which is producing nothing more then wasted forum space.

We are not condemning the product your pushing but the manner your doing it in.
Your entire "Review" is coming off as a sales pitch being very transparent and since you have not given members of this forum any other reason to believe your claims other then a few photos of a buffed out...
This thread is like a bad repeating infomercial on late night TV that just won't end. Your so called review is nothing more then a sales pitch trying to get around forum rules about advertising and its getting ridiculous.
Ruger will not warranty any modified pistol or rifle "PERIOD" and they...
I personally would not trust any aftermarket part were the "Reviewer" is a middle man for the sale of the item with the manufacturer. Stimo3 posts that three others are testing the S/S guide rods firing a few hundred rounds with claimed perfect results and this makes the S/S guide rod a reliable...
I just wish Ruger didn't put all those redundant safeties on the pistol to sell it in the communist states. If anything they should have offered two models, one with that costs more and one without at a reduced price.
I cant see how anyone could have a A/D with the long trigger pull at six to...
