I just picked up a new model blackhawk 357 in fair condition, the bluing is good but the aluminum grip frame has some dings and spots where the finish has wore off. My question is what can i do to cover or refinish the grip frame? I tried Birchwood Casey super black touch up pen and it didn't...

I got little nylon holster but it just dont do the little piece justice. I wondered if the one on Ruger' website would fit, didn't really want to buy it to see if it would. I went to Simply Ruged' website and looked at the Cattleman, it's a good looking holster. Thanks Peck

Can the factory scope base be turned around? When attempting to install the scope the groove for the bolt in the base is to far apart. Puts the rings at the furthest point on the scope tube leaving no room to adjust eye relief .

This isn't my favorite, just some cloud formation's that kinda look like a big hand holding the twin towers. It was taken from the 5th floor where i work one evening when i got to work, stepped of the elevator snapped the pic with my cell phone thru a dirty window. What made it spooky for me...

I had some trouble with the take down door/window as i have read of others that have had similar problems in this area. Now after a range trip while on vacation the slide lock has no spring tension on it, and when fired willl lock the slide open. At first i thought my thumb might be contacting...

The only complaint i have is i can't seem to locate a good leather holster for the 4.2"barrel 8 shot sp101. I can find 2 an 3" holsters all day long :(

Can't put a price on any guns that were give to me by grandpa or my dad. There are at least five that i will never get rid of.

22/45 is the one that had a terrible trigger, compared to the older one i have it was daylight and dark.

Do all the new rugers autos have the magazine disconnect? The few that i have fondled have been equipped with the magazine disconnect and seems the trigger pull is not as good as ones without it . Can the magazine disconnect be taken off?
