Since you say is shoots all over the place, that would lead me to suspect that the scope is moving. Sounds like a scope ring problem to me. Could be the install or perhaps you received the wrong rings from Ruger or some gun shop personnel did a switcheroo on you.

To answer your question, they are both very good values. SR9 sort of compares to the M&P, XD, and Glock striker fired guns. P95 sort of compares more to FNP9 and SIG 2022 - DA/SA plastic handguns, and perhaps the CZ75B. I'm really just talking about how they operate here, so nobody flame me...
