I have my grandfathers OM Single Six with a Mag cylinder it has a D serial number....

I used to shoot a 220 Swift instead of the 223 or 22/250... of course I prefer my 1911 in 38 super instead of a 45 or 9mm.. my favorite handgun round is the 41 mag and love the 16 ga for a scattergun... what can I say ..

This was my Dad's 38 acp. He was in high school in the 1950's in northern Wisconsin. He mail ordered a Colt .45 acp from a sporting goods store in Illinois. When he opened it it was a 38 acp. He kept it anyway.
